One of the new features that wordpress.com offers these days is the option to pay $15 in order to customize your web site’s look. The primary options concern the type, size, and color of your text, backgrounds, and borders.
These features are a code known as CSS. I purchased the $15 CSS code customization option for the NNN web site because, while happy with the design of the site, many have mentioned that the light gray font is difficult to read. I’ve been wanting to learn how to use CSS, so there was no better time to try than now.
If you stop by the site you’ll see that I haven’t figured everything out yet. Some of the old colors still remain, but all in good time. For now, let me know what you think of the new background color and the new font colors.
I tried to stick with black, dark gray, and dark blue: all colors that show up reasonably well. Comments are welcome, keeping in mind that my ability to change the site is still limited. I hope these changes make the NNN site easier to use.
